How does it work ?
 • Home Staging is a process, you have the choice to take on as much or    as little as you want.
Angela offers a full range of services to accommodate your needs and budget.
 • The first step is the assessment of your home. Angela analyses each room and takes detailed notes as well as giving you on the spot ideas and suggestions. She provides you with a detailed report of her recommendations as well as a proposal to Stage your home based on her recommendations. Fees are based upon the size and amount of time required.
 • The next step is putting into action the recommendations laid out in Angela's report.Using her training and experience and your existing furnishings, Angela will Stage your interior to create an overall space that meets the expectations of potential buyers. She will provide you with photos that will capture the eye of potential buyers and a checklist to help you maintain the Staged look of your home for the period of your viewings.

• Staging analysis - starting at 220€
    • 2-3 hours appointment in the home
    • A detailed report and a proposal for Angelas Staging intervention

• Staging - starting at 350€ (price based on the size of property)
   • 1-2 days depending on the size
   • Before and after photos and the document “maintaining your Home Staging”
   • Detailed report and list of repairs to be done (if needed)

• One-room Staging - 300€ a room
   • The Staging of one room of your choice (2 hour maximum)
   • Before and after photos

• Empty property Staging - Contact Angela for pricing and details
    •We propose a temporary Staging solution for visitors to see your property as more than just   an empty space. Discover our unique line of furniture that will showcase your interior

• Staging “check-up” - 90€
   • The complement to a Staging carried out by you after an analysis of your home
   • Angelas professional input to put the finishing touches into your interior
   • Quality photos of your rooms can be taken for you at an additional charge
